I think I made a promise to my good friend Nimmy that I’ll make a list of my crushes in ANTM. (yeah I do watch ANTM, who cares?) ehehe :P

So here they are:

10. Fatima Siad

Fatima Siad was a contestant during Cycle 10 of ANTM. A Somalia-Ethiopian and raised in Boston, Massachusetts

9. Renee Alway -

Renee Alway was a contestant and one of the top three during Cycle 8 of ANTM. She was born and raised in northern Michigan,

8. Anchal Joseph -

Anchal Joseph was a contestant on Cycle 7 of ANTM. Born in New Delhi, India

7. Raina Hein -

Raina Hein was a contestant and runner-up during Cycle 14 of ANTM. She’s from Minnetonka, Minnesota.

6. Jessica Serfaty -

Jessica Serfaty was a contestant during Cycle 14 of ANTM. She’s already a mom and guess who befriended her in facebook? Hehe

5. Jane Randall -

Jane Randall presently is a contestant of Cycle 15 of ANTM. She’s an ivy league student from Baltimore, Maryland and she was actually discovered via Tyra.com.

4. Heather Kuzmich-

Heather Kuzmich was a contestant during Cycle 9 of ANTM. She’s from Valparaiso, Indiana.. During the show, it was revealed that Kuzmich has Asperger’s Syndrome and ADHD.

3. Nicole Linkletter -

Nicole Linkletter won Cycle 5 of ANTM. Born in North Dakota, now I think she’s a model of Forever21.

2. Nicole Fox -

Who wouldn’t like her? Nicole Fox was a contestant and winner of Cycle 13 of ANTM. This red head is a student from Colorado with height of 5’7”.

1. Katarzyna Dolinska -

Katarzyna Dolinska only got the top 5 of Cycle 10 of ANTM. She’s from Roslyn, NY and worked in finance before the show.now, Katarzyna, who is also using the name “Kat Doll,” is now signed with Elite Model Management in New York, Ace Models in Athens, Greece, and Ford Models Europe in Paris, France. Eat that tyra! hehe

TV Addict (update)

Everytime i have an opportunity to watch television, whether at home or online, i rewatch old episodes with these ladies. i know i made a post before about this, but what the heck! Feast your eyes guys and girls! hehehe

So this is an update of my TV Crushes. You may like some, you may hate some. I don't care. this is my list. :P

Leighton Marissa Meester

Born on April 9, 1986. At 13 years old she appeared in Law & Order. She started to land guest roles in other series such as Crossing Jordan, 7th Heaven, Veronica Mars (one of my favorite series!), 24, and Entourage. She’s best known for her role as Blair Waldorf, a privileged young woman born to high society presented as the beautiful queen bee of Manhattan's social scene in the television series Gossip Girl.

Dream date: in Central Park while Dorotha (her personal maid) serves us food. hehehe

Katarzyna Dolinska

From Roslyn, NY and works in finance. She attended Cornell University. Katarzyna is a contestant on America's Next Top Model cycle 10. Hated the fact that tyra manipulated the show and pronounces her name weirdly. Now, she’s using the name “Kat Doll,” is now signed with Elite Model Management in New York, Ace Models in Athens, Greece, and Ford Models Europe in Paris, France. Take that tyra! Hahaha

Dream Date: after her photoshoot in Paris, we'll go to the top of Eiffel tower! :P

Eliza Patricia Dushku

Born on December 30, 1980. Dushku came to the attention of casting agents when she was 10. I remember seeing her first from Bring it On. After completing high school, Dushku returned to acting with the role of Faith on Buffy the Vampire Slayer, a Slayer much more troubled than the main character Buffy Summers. She also had a series titled, Dollhouse.

Dream Date: after her vampire slaying and saving my ass, we'll probably hunt more vampires. watch out Edward!

Gillian Leigh Anderson

Born on August 9, 1968 starred as an FBI Special Agent Dana Katherine Scully of X files. After some minor acting stints, she was sent a script for The X Files at the age of 24. She decided to audition because "for the first time in a long time, the script involved a strong, independent, intelligent woman as a lead character’. She appeared from seasons 1-9 of the said series.

Giada Pamela De Laurentiis

Born on August 22, 1970, a self-proclaimed chocoholic, studied at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, France. I first saw Her cooking program, Everyday Italian, which has been broadcasting in Food Network since 2003. Other shows she hosted were Behind the Bash in October 2006, in January 2007 Weekend Getaways, On November 2006 she lost Iron Chef America, with Bobby Flay, and were defeated by, Rachael Ray and Mario Batali. You know what I like her? What she wears while she’s cooking. Heheand her weird Italian pronounciations like iiiissspaghetttii, and mooozarella! hahaha

Dream Date: Fuck her in her Kitchen top. hahaha! di na napigilan!

Rebecca Sara "Becki" Newton

Born July 4, 1978, Becki newton is known portraying the character Amanda Tanen in Ugly Betty from 2006 to 2010. I was really sad when Ugly Betty got cancelled this year. I remember watching her dancing and singing kelis’ milk shake! haha

Vanessa Lynn Williams

born on March 18, 1963, williams' first appeared on a 1984 episode of The Love Boat. I also remember watching her playing the nymph Calypso in the miniseries The Odyssey in 1997. But I really like her playing as a creative director turned editor-in-chief Wilhelmina Slater in Ugly Betty. It has been announced that she has joined the cast of Desperate Housewives for the seventh season.

Christina Hendricks

Born on May 3, 1975, Her best-known role is that of Joan Holloway on series Mad Men. Hendricks' character is the office manager of Sterling Cooper, providing mentoring to a group of women who must deal with the come-ons and callousness of professional advertising executives. Seriously, I know where you’re looking at! haha

And the Winner Is...

I guess it’s now safe to say who won the Amazing Race Asia. I was browsing a local newspaper when I saw a pic of Tish and Geoff bagging the 2nd place of the concluded race. I really wanted them to win but I guess some of their tactics were bleak for me. But then again it’s a contest so we can’t blame them. Amazing race is one of the only two shows and one of the few tv shows I watch. All of you know by now that I don’t have television here in my dorm room so every weekend especially Friday night and Saturdays are TV days for me. I don’t usually go out on weekends or I’m rarely invited to go out since I’m notorious to saying no.

Vince and Sam as Winners!

Back to amazing race, congratulations to the Hongkong boys, Sam and Vince, they really deserved it. They played well and when they were still 6 or 7 teams in the competition, the time I saw a commercial of the two of them for Sony, (and I didn’t even saw a commercial of other contestants) I got the feeling they will win. And they did. I also like the Malaysian actresses/heiress, Ida and Tania.

Funny thing for Tish and Geoff, the only reason they were delayed was because of their taxi driver that didn’t knew the direction where the next clue was. Aside from that exhilarating feeling when you watch amazing race, the other best part of that show is you feel like you travel with the contestants and go and visit the places they went. Maybe it’s because I never even got out of Cavite and QC and the race I only know is to get the cart in MRT where I can seat every weekends.

Another reality show that I watched and just recently concluded was America’s next top model. Yep, I’m not ashamed to say I watch that. Come on, some girls are hot and have a biotch attitude, some are hot and dumb, some are hot and well educated and well mannered but got eliminated or robbed (hello katarzyna!) I started watching since cycle 5 and my first bet Nicole Linkletter won.

But I’m happy one of my bets for this season, cycle 11, won. Yey for Mckey! Though I thought Sheena the half Japanese half Korean from Harlem NY was my first bet would win and I was definitely Sheenafied by her. Hehe. But Mckey really improved from a boxer to high fashion model and she wanted to go to med or law school! Yay! See another proof that beauty and brains exist. I only thought being gorgeous and having brains exist every time I look in the mirror. Nyeeheheh! Just kidding!

Brittany "McKey" Sullivan

One of the yahoo writers wanted Tyra out of the competition, what do you think of that? And every season, like some American idol winners, most of them doesn’t have a good career after the show, do you think it’s cursed? Hehe

X’s – I was laughing when my eldest brother SMSed me. He told me he’s planning to buy a new conventional oven for our Nanay. He said, if the 3 of us, me and my other brother, could share. I was laughing and texted him, “kuya, baking pan lang mabibili ko” hehehe. It’s my nanay’s bday this coming 25th, tomorrow. I don’t know what our plan yet this year. But if you want to read my old post about her, I suggest you better get something where you can wipe your tears! ahehe

TV Addict

I am a TV addict! Yep you got me right. I was watching Beverly Hills 90210 and Melrose place in elementary. But I was really addicted at Ally Mcbeal at the age of 13, remember the dancing baby? I love how Calista Flockhart portrays a paranoid/euphoric/imaginative lawyer.

Week by week, I still remember when webisodes are not yet well-known and download programs are not yet invented I will wait for Ally Mcbeal to show in Channel 9. That felt weird since none of my classmates then knows about the show and I have no one to talk about it or what happened last episode. And sadly, I was never a fan of local shows, Muning knows about this, she made fun of me for not watching local shows. I have nothing against our local shows. It’s just my preference to watch what I want.

Anyway, this post is a homage to my all time TV crushes!

8. Calista Flockhart, Ally McBeal

Calista Kay Flockhart, 43, born on November 11, 1964 at Illinois. She is best known in her character as Ally McBeal. The show concentrated more on the relationships of the lawyers than the practice itself. (Grey’s Anatomy? Hello!). why do I like her? she’s witty, she speaks what she wants to say and she’s funny.

7. Ali Larter, Heroes

Now who doesn’t want a hot momma with a superhuman strength? Ali plays Niki Sanders a lady with a very difficult past who loves her son so much and will do anything for him. Sadly, she has an alter ego. Alison Elizabeth "Ali" Larter, born on February 28, 1976 in New Jersey.

6. Nicole Linkletter, Americas Next Top Model Cycle 5

Nicole Linkletter, born on February 27, 1985 in North Dakota is the only ANTM winner on my list. I guess she’s the reason why I watch succeeding seasons. For me, she produced the best photos for the whole cycle. Expressive eyes, great walk and has the real body of a model.

5. Jessica Biel, 7th Heaven

Who will forget Mary Camden? I know you watch reruns every Holy Week of 7th Heaven. I wasn’t fond of her before but now she has this all American beauty with CURVES! Ehehe. Jessica Claire Biel, born on March 3, 1982 in Minnesota.

4. Mila Kunis, That 70’s Show

Milena Markovna Kunis, born on August 14, 1983 in USSR is one of the stars in that 7-‘s show along with Topher Grace and Ashton Kutcher. She plays Jackie, girlfriend of Kelso (Ashton) in the first 2 seasons of the show. She’s really pretty in Aerosmith’s music video “jaded”

3. Leighton Meester, Gossip Girl
Because of her, I made this post. Why? Well, I saw her in my number 2’s show in my rerun and she’s not that pretty yet there. But when I saw gossip girl, I just can’t resist looking at this lady. She plays Blair Waldorf in gossip girl. Leighton Marissa Claire Meester, born on April 9, 1986 in Florida

2. Kristen Bell, Veronica Mars/Heroes
Witty, corky, and clever are things that Veronica Mars portrays and that I really like. I am addicted to this show because, apart from your typical high school drama, it has very different plot and story. An investigator under the age 17, tough chick and badass, can you ask for more? After the series she joined heroes as Elle Bishop with the power to control electricity. Volta? Hahaha! She’s also the narrator in Gossip Girl. XOXO! Kristen Anne Bell, born on July 18, 1980 in Michigan.


1.Sarah Michelle Gellar, Buffy
What can I say? Cruel intentions… wow. Sarah Michelle Prinze now, born on April 14, 1977 in New York. She started her career at soap operas in the US at the age of 5 but was known at her role as Buffy, another tough/badass kicking chick. Aside from her character at the TV series she landed some movie flicks such as Cruel Intentions, Scooby-doo yuck, and The grudge.

I just finished reading Neil Gaiman’s Stardust. Now I want to read Sandman and Neverwhere… meron bang sponsors dyan? hehehe
